摘 要:为了提高交易效率和降低交易成本,有必要实现电子交易的自动或半自动协商.在现有的一些成果基础上,采用Agent技术,以对策论为理论基础,讨论了在具有多目标属性及信息不完全性情形下的协商过程,并得出了在这种情形下进行多回合协商时的最佳策略次序,最后通过虚拟交易来论证该模型的合理性.Whether success or failure in the E-business depends chiefly on business negotiations. In order to improve the trade efficiency and reduce the trade cost, it is necessary to realize automatic negotiations or half-automatic negotiations during the electronic trade. Based on some outcomes, a business negotiation model is presented by making use of the Agent technology. The model is established based on the theory of games. This paper discusses the negotiation process, which has the character of multi-goals and incomplete information. Then, under the condition, the optimum strategy order during bouts of negotiation is obtained. Finally, the reasonability of this model is proved by instance of virtual trade.
