摘  要:研究胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)基因在猪各个组织的表达特性以及在不同品种之间表达的差异。结果表明:所检测的15个组织中除下丘脑外,CETP基因在其余14个组织都有不同程度的表达,其中肝脏的表达量最高。统计分析显示,除了输卵管和心脏,胃和肺,肾脏和大脑之间CETP的表达差异不显著外,其余各组织之间差异显著(P<0.05)。同时利用实时荧光定量PCR对中国地方猪种和国外引进品种之间的表达分析发现,2个品种之间CETP的mRNA表达量存在显著差异(P<0.05),而其对应血清中HDL胆固醇和LDL胆固醇含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。The objective of this study was to research the expression characteristics of cholesterolester transfer protein (CETP) in different tissues of porcine. The result of the quantitative RT-PCR showed that expert for thalamencephalon, the mRNA expression of CETP was found in all detected tissues in certain degree. The relative expression level of CETP was highest in liver tissue. The mRNA expression of CETP between oviduct and heart, stomach and lung, kidney and cerebra was not significant difference (P 〉 0.05). However, there was significant difference among the rest tissues (P 〈 0.05). The further research was done between the Chinese local breed and introduced breed using the method of Real-Time Quantitative PCR, the result showed that the CETP mRNA expression was different between two breeds (P 〈 0.05). However the content difference of HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol in serum was not significant(P 〉 0.05).
