摘　　要：我国大型聚烯烃装置使用的造粒机组一直是成套引进国外的技术和设备。大庆石化公司塑料厂HDPE装置大型造粒机组的国产化改造是我国机械制造业对塑料加工设备国产化的尝试,改造后造粒机组功率减少了410kW,每年产量增加5600 t,由手工换网改成了自动换网、停车换网改为运行状态换网,减少了开停车次数,消除了开停车废料,生产高指数牌号的产品机组性能比较稳定。The granulating machines for large polyolefine device are importation of foreign technology. The local transformation of HDPE device large granulating machine in plastic works of Daqing Petrochemical Corporation is make an attempt on plastic process. The power of transformed granulating machine reduced 410kW, the production increased 5600t. The performance of granulating machine for producing high index production is stable.
