沙冬青地上部分的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究沙冬青Ammopiptanthus mongolicus地上部分的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法以及高效液相色谱法对其化学成分进行分离,并利用NMR和MS等方法鉴定化合物。结果:从沙冬青的干燥地上部分中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为间羟基苯甲酸(1),对羟基苯乙酮(2),β-谷甾醇(3),(-)-丁香脂素(4),(+)-落叶松脂醇(5),blumenol A(6),blumenol B(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),松柏苷(9),丁香苷(10)。结论:该10个化合物均为首次从沙冬青属植物中分离得到。Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Ammopiptarahus mongolicus. Method： The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods. The structures were identified by spectral data. Result： Ten compounds were isolated and identified as m-hydroxybenzoic acid （1）, 1-（4-hydroxyphenyl） ethanone （2）,β-sitosterol （3）, （ -）-syringaresinol （4）, （ ＋ ）-lariciresinol （5）, blumenol A （6）, blumenol B （7）, β-daucosterol （8）, coniferin （9）, syringin （10）. Conclusion： The ten compounds were obtained from the genus Ammopiptanthus for the first time.
