摘 要:提出了一个新型的产品无损测量轮廓反求逆向工程系统,应用轮廓数字化单元体素体分层测量方法,以液体作为测量介质,运用阿基米德定律、杠杆原理和重力矩理论,并利用光学系统采集图像,通过计算机图像处理技术获取边缘轮廓,结合重力矩方程、重心方程进行推算,求出空间各单元体素体的空间坐标,利用相应的CAD软件处理系统进行三维模型的重建。研究了面向均质实体的产品轮廓反求系统的原理、组成和系统软件与硬件的设计。A new typed reverse seeking engineering system for measurements without wear of product contour has been put forward. By applying the delaminated measurement method of entity cells of contour digitalized unit, taking liquid as the measuring medium, using the Archimedes law, lever principle and theory of gravitation moment and utilizing the optic system to collect the images. The edge contour was obtained by means of computer image processing technology. Combining the gravity moment equation with the equation of center of gravity to carrying out the calculation and found out the spatial coordinates of entity cells of each unit in space. The reconstruction of 3D model was carried out by utilizing the corresponding CAD software processing system. The principle and constitution of product contour reverse seeking system orientating to the homogeneous entity and the design of systematic software and hardware were studied.
