摘 要:提出了一种以拆解时间概率为基础的产品可拆解性评价方法,并以汽车发动机活塞连杆组为例进行了系统的介绍。在建立基于无向图汽车发动机活塞连杆组拆解模型的基础上,分析了无向图模型中典型的链形、环形和簇形结构的拆解特点;在定义拆解深度的基础上,提出了可拆解度的概念,并描述了可拆解度的表达式;分析了典型的链形、环形和簇形结构的可拆解度计算方法,给出基本公式;以活塞连杆组的简化无向图模型为基础,分析了活塞连杆组全部拆解时的可拆解度计算。A kind of evaluation method of product detachability that takes the probability of disassembling time as a base was put forward, and a systematical introduction was carried out by taking the piston connecting rod set of the automobile engine as an example. On the basis of establishing the disassembly model of directionless graphed piston connecting rod set of automobile engine, the disassembly characteristics of chain shaped, ring shaped and cluster shaped typical structures in the directionless graphed model were analyzed. On the basis of defining the depth of disassembly the concept of detachability was put forward and the expression of detachability was described. The detachability calculation method of chain shaped, ring shaped and cluster shaped structures was analyzed and the basic formula was presented. Taking the simplified directionless graphed model of piston connecting rod set as a base, and the detachability calculation was analyzed when the piston connecting rod set were all being disassembled.
