摘  要:平行分度凸轮机构是轻工机械中最常用的分度机构之一,文中提出了基于平行分度凸轮廓形反求其运动规律的两种方法:基于凸轮机构设计的前向方法和基于廓形的反向方法。前者是在对凸轮有一定了解的基础上,根据运动参数、动力学参数和常用的凸轮曲线设计出凸轮廓形,然后将凸轮设计廓形和测量廓形相比较,不断修改参数,以求得实际的凸轮运动规律。后者是一种以测量廓形为基础,按照分度凸轮机构的运动分析方法,求出凸轮转角和从动盘滚子的函数关系,然后经过适当选择和拼接凸轮起作用的区段得到机构的运动规律。最后比较了两种反求方法的特点,并给出了相应的反求案例。Parallel indexing cam mechanism is one of the indexing mechanisms commonly used in light industry. Two kinds of method: based on the forward method of cam mechanism design and based on the opposite direction method of cam contour, were put forward by the reverse seeking on its motion law on the basis of parallel indexing cam contour. According to the motion parameters, kinetics parameters and the commonly used cam profile and on the basis of having a certain understanding on the cams, the former method is used for working out the cam contour. And then let the designed contour of cam be compared with the being measured contour and to modify the parameters continuously so as to obtain the actual motion law of cam. The latter method is a kind of analytical method in accordance with the motion of indexing cam mechanism and based on the being measured contour to find out functional relationship between the rotation angle of cam and the roller of following dick, and then to obtain the motion law of mechanism by appropriate selection and joining together the acting sections of cam. Finally, the characteristics of these two kinds of reverse seeking method have been compared, and the relevant reverse seeking living example was presented.
