摘 要:提高传动精度是RV型减速机研究中面临的重要课题。根据RV型减速机的数学模型,综合考虑各零件加工误差、装配误差和轴承间隙等误差因素的组合方式对传动精度的影响,采用灵敏度分析的数值微分方法,获得了误差组合方式对系统动态传动精度的灵敏度。基于所获得的灵敏度结论,找出了影响系统传动精度的主要误差及其影响规律。研究成果为在设计和制造RV型减速机中提高系统的传动精度提供了相应的理论依据,对设计具有实际指导意义。Enhancing the transmission accuracy is an important task confronted in the study RV typed reducer. According tothe mathematical model of RV typed reducer, by a synthetical consideration on the influence of transmission accuracy by the combination manner of error factors of manufacturing errors of each component part, assembling errors and bearing clearances etc. , and by adopting the numerical differentiation method of sensitivity analysis, the sensitivity on the influence of systematic dynamic transmission accuracy by the error combination pattern was obtained. Based on the obtained sensitivity result, the main error that affects the system transmission accuracy and its affection law were found out. The result of study provides corresponding theoretical basis for enhancing the system transmission accuracy in the design and manufacturing of RV typed reducer and bears practical guiding significance for the design.
