摘 要:论述了四种基于瞬时转速的指示扭矩估计方法的基本思想以及近十年的研究现状。指出了各方法存在的问题,其中,负载扭矩估计是各方法共同面临的难点。对于曲轴模型法,刚性曲轴的假设条件受曲轴扭振和发火重叠的影响,而弹性模型则面临病态方程的求解问题。随机分析法在高转速低负载和偶然性失火条件下的估计能力需进一步研究。频率分析法只适合在各缸工作均匀条件下估计气缸的指示扭矩。合成转速法需要预先测量、计算的参数多,且不适用于4缸以上的内燃机。Current methods to estimate indicated torque using instantaneous angular velocity are categorized into four main approaches: crankshaft model, stochastic analysis, frequency analysis and synthetic speed. The basic ideas of the four approaches are discussed, and the technical literature in the last ten years is reviewed. The problems the approaches confronting are presented respectively. Since the indicated torque of the cylinder was estimated under certain operating condition, how to calculate load torque precisely is the primary difficulty. As for crankshaft model method, rigid crankshaft assumption is prohibited by significant torsional vibration or overlapping firing pulses; and flexible crankshaft model is hampered by the difficulty to resolve the defective equation. The ability of stochastic analysis should be tested when engine is running at high speed, low loads or misfire happens occasionally. Frequency analysis can be applied only when all cylinders work uniformly. The synthetic speed method needs many parameters which should be measured and calculated in advance, and it does not adapt for I. C. engine with more than 4 cylinders.
