低温等离子手术治疗儿童鼾症20例

摘　　要：目的观察采用低温等离子刀治疗儿童鼾症的疗效。方法通过临床症状、常规术前检查、电子鼻咽喉镜检查和多导睡眠呼吸监测(PSG)检查明确诊断,20例儿童在经口腔插管全麻下,采用美国ArthroCare等离子体手术系统行扁桃体摘除术及70°鼻内镜辅助下行腺样体消融术。结果20例患儿临床症状完全消失,无1例出现手术并发症。结论采用低温等离子刀行扁桃体摘除术出血少、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、恢复快。在70°鼻内镜辅助下采用低温等离子刀行腺样体消融术,手术视野清楚,手术达到完全轮廓化,避免盲目刮除腺体而遗留残体,边消融边止血。因此,术中出血少、损伤小、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻。低温等离子刀是治疗儿童鼾症的有效方法。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the hypothermia plasma ablation used on childhood patients with sno ring. Methods Diagnosis had been made by clinical manifestation, routine examination, fibrous endoscopies examination and PSG monitoring. All the 20 cases discussed here had received the treatment of hypothermia plasma ablation on both sides of tonsilla or adenoid curettage by using the hypothermic plasma radiofrequence operation system introduced from the U. S, under the intubations of trachea and general anesthesia. Results Clinical manifestation of 20 childhood patients all disappeared, there was no serious complications. Conclusion Low temperature-controlled plasma radio-frequence ablation is definitely and safely effective on tonsilla or adenoid curettage. It is a new effective method to children OSAHS.
