摘　　要：在调查与分析国内外专利分析软件的研究现状及趋势的基础上,结合项目研究的实践,论述在线专利分析软件研发的总体思路、需求分析、体系结构和功能框架。并具体地描述基于特征项和指标分析的子系统设计方案。Based on the investigation and analysis of research status and trends of patent analysis software domestic and foreign, With the practice of research projects, the paper discusses the general idea, needs analysis, system structure and function framework of the online patent analysis software. Specifically expounds subsystem project based on the characteristics and indexes.
