摘  要:对于钢厂冷轧不锈钢含酸含铬废水,采用亚硫酸氢钠还原六价铬、石灰中和法去除重金属以及除氟化物的工艺,出水总铬<0.5 mg/L、Cr6+<0.1 mg/L、F-<10 mg/L、N i2+<0.5 mg/L,各项污染物指标均达到排放标准,但处理费用略高,其中药剂费用为7.228元/m3,水电费用为2.54元/m3。The processes of chromium Ⅵ reduction by sodium bisulfite, heavy mental removal by slaked lime neutralization and fluoride removal were used to treat chromium and acid wastewater from cold rolling of stainless steel in steel plant. The results indicate that the contaminants all reach the discharge standard, with total chromium of less than 0.5 mg/L, chromium VI of less than 0.1 mg/L, fluoride of less than 10 mg/L and nickel of less than 0.5 mg/L. The treatment cost is slightly high, in which the chemicals cost is 7. 228 Yuan/m^3, and the expenses for electricity and water are 2.54 Yuan/m^3.
