摘　　要：阐述了电力通信对于电网安全稳定运行的重要意义,分析了山西电力通信的发展现况以及发展目标,以山西电力通信中心的业务职能及当前制定的服务措施为实例,论述了提升行业服务质量,强化服务理念的重要性。Based on the significance of electric communication to network safety and stability operation, development conditionand aims of Shanxi electric communication are analyzed. Taking task function and present service measures of Shanxi Electric Power Communication Center as an example, the importance of service quality improvement and service concept enhancement are discussed.
