摘　　要：通过对110 kV数字化变电站建设目标和实现技术的论证,提出了数字化变电站建设与改造的整体思路,并通过列举当前存在的问题和难点针对性的提出了解决方案,对数字化变电站建设与改造的实践工作提出了实用的建设性意见。In the light of the argumentation of the construction target and implementation technology for the 110 kV digital substation, the global measures of the construction and rebuild for the digital substation are proposed. It particularizes some current problems and difficulties, and provides the corresponding solving schemes for the digital substation. At last, some important and constructive options for the practical work of the digital substation construction and rebuilding are put forward.
