摘　　要：作为煤炭资源型城市,平顶山市比我国大多数城市的城市化发展速度快,城市化水平与经济发展的水平相比存在一定程度的滞后,产业结构效益低,二、三产业具有吸纳劳动力的能力.要通过加快发展第三产业,调整工业结构和布局以及提高劳动者素质等措施,加快城市化进程.As a coal -resource city, Pingdingshan develops faster than most cities in our country. Compared with the economic development leve1, the urbanization level is delayed to a certain extent, and the industrial structure benefit is low. Only secondary and tertiary industries have the capability of absorbing labor force. So we should accelerate urbanization process through some measures like accelerating the development of tertiary industry, adjusting the industrial construction and distribution.
