摘  要:为制备煤沥青水浆清洁燃料,必须研究适合于煤沥青颗粒的湿法磨矿工艺。在试验室球磨试验的基础上,建立了煤沥青在MC(萘系磺酸盐)、AZMN(自制的改性α-甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)两种助磨剂作用下的磨矿动力学方程式。通过煤沥青在不同助磨剂条件下的粒级分布率比较,分析了煤沥青的研磨特性,确定了煤沥青水浆制备的磨矿工艺参数。研究结果表明:添加助磨剂可以明显提高煤沥青颗粒的磨矿效果,合成的AZMN对于煤沥青的助磨效果优于MC助磨剂。The wet grinding process suitable for coal tar pitch particles must be investigated to prepare the coal tar pitch water slurry (CTPWS) as a new clean fuel. The equations for the grinding kinetics of coal tar pitch with the aids of grinding agents (MC purchased, AZMN synthesized by us) have been established on the basis of milling experiments in the laboratory. The grinding characteristics of coal tar pitch were analyzed by contrast of particle size distribution under different effects of grinding agents, and the grinding process parameters for CTPWS preparation have been determined. These investigation results showed that the milling effect of coal tar pitch particles could be improved obviously in the presence of grinding agent, and the AZMN synthesized by us was more effective than MC purchased.
