摘 要:应用KI-I2分光光度法研究了非离子表面活性剂JFC在三种煤样上的吸附等温线,根据吸附等温线的特征,建立了JFC-煤尘体系的两阶段吸附模型,并从微观角度、分子水平探讨了其在煤尘表面上的吸附形态和机理。研究结果表明:水中添加非离子表面活性剂JFC后,溶液对煤尘的润湿性大大提高,其主要原因是非离子表面活性剂JFC在煤尘表面的吸附。JFC在煤尘上的吸附等温线为LS型,用origin7.0数学软件将试验测定的吸附等温线与建立的两阶段吸附模型进行拟合,相关系数都大于0.97,取得了较理想的结果。研究成果为开发新型的化学降尘剂提供理论基础。In this paper, the adsorption isotherms of nonionic surfactant JFC on three kinds of coals were studied using KI-I2 spectrophotometry. And a two-step adsorption model was established based on the characteristics of adsorption isotherms. Then adsorption forms and mechanism of JFC on coal surface were discussed from microscopic view. The research shows that the wettability is improved rapidly after adding the nonionic surfactant JFC into water and the main reason is that the JFC are adsorbed on surface of coal. The adsorption isotherms of rtonionie surfaetant JFC on coal dust surface are LS type of double platforms. And it is in accord with two-step adsorption model, the correlation coefficient is more than 0.97. The research of this paper provides the theoretical foundation for the invention of effective dust reduction technology.
