摘　　要：用HPLC测定复方中药制剂通痹灵中的卫矛醇。以衍生物制备法将卫矛醇和内标制成具有紫外吸收的异氰酸苯酯衍生物，用TSK-gelODS-80TM柱，乙腈-乙醇-水（5：2：3）为流动相，检测波长240mm，内标法定量。Dulcitol in traditional Chinese compound prescription 'Tongbilin' was determined by HPLC. This method is based on the fact that polyols like dulcitol and glucose diethyl mercaptol (internal standard) can react with phenylisocyanate to yield UV-absorbing derivatives which can be detected at 240 nm by HPLC. A TSK-gel ODS-80TM column and mobile phase acetonitrile-ethanol-H2O(5: 2: 3) were employed
