药用植物决明的愈伤组织诱导与生长增值的培养条件研究

摘　　要：本实验成功地以决明的胚轴、子叶诱导出愈伤组织。实验表明，MS比B5更利于愈伤组织诱导。正交试验表明，添加1mg／L的IAA、6－BA、GA3可明显促进愈伤组织的生长；添加1mg／L的NAA、2，4－D可抑制其生长；添加1mg／L的6－BA、2，4－D对抑制愈伤组织的分化有明显的效应。适合愈伤组织生长及维持分化率低水平的蔗糖浓度为2％～3％。愈伤组织的诱导及生长周期为30d左右。Calluses of Cassia abtusifolia L. were sticcessfully induced in different media. Calluses were induced better in MS than in B5. Adding 1mg/L, IAA, 1mg/L, 6-BA and 1mg/L GA3, could improve the growth of calluses noticeably. However,NAA and 2, 4-D could depress the growth of calluses. 6-BA and 2, 4-D showed apparent depressive effects on the differentiation of calluses. Suitable concentration of sucrose for improving the growth of calluses and lowering the differentiation of calluses was 2% ~ 3%. The growth cycle of calluses was ahout 30 days
