摘 要:在内蒙古高原采集不同生境的锦鸡儿植物灌丛内的土壤样品,对每份土壤样品中的线虫进行分离鉴定.共鉴定出15科37属线虫,线虫多度的变化范围为55-270条/100g(干土),其中以食细菌类线虫所占比例最大,其次是植物寄生类线虫,最后是食真菌类线虫和杂食捕食类线虫.研究结果表明,锦鸡儿植物对灌丛内的线虫群落具有一定的影响:线虫群落的营养结构中植物寄生类线虫所占的比例降低,而食细菌类线虫所占的比例增加;灌丛内线虫群落的多样性和丰富度降低,优势度升高.此外,线虫群落的多个群落指数并不随着环境大尺度的变化而变化,说明锦鸡儿灌丛内的小生境对线虫群落的影响比大尺度生境变化的影响更显著.In the degraded grassland, the trophic structure and diversity of soil nematode populations under the shrub of Caragana were assessed along an arid gradient from the east to west in the Inner Mongolia Plateau, China. Six field sites were selected including four sites for Caragna microphylla, one for C davazamcii and one for C korshinskii. Nematode abundances ranged from 55 to 270 individuals per 100 g dry soil, represented by 37 genera of 15 families. The trophie structure of nematode communities was significantly affected by Caragana species, in which bacterivores were dominant, followed by the plantfeeders, fungivores and omnivores-predators. In general, the diversity and richness of nematode communities decreased at all sites in comparison with those of the grassland. In contrast to our hypotheses, the nematode ecological indices did not change regularly with the increase in the scale along an arid environment gradient. Thus, it suggested that microhabitat per se would affect the nematode ecological indices rather than the change of habitat on the large scale.
