摘　　要：培养具有创造性思维、能适应，晦床医疗工作要求的人才，需不断地进行教育教学方法的改革，包括理论与实践教学的改革、毕业考试的改革等。通过对医学毕业考试改革的研究与实践，进一步完善医学生临床能力的评价，促进学生临床思维能力和临床诊治能力的提高。In order to cultivate creative medical talents who are able to meet the need of medical workforce, we need to reform our teaching methods frequently, including the reform of theoretical and teaching practice and the reform of graduation examination for the graduates as well. The article tends tO probe into the reform of the graduation examination for the medical graduates so as to perfect the assessment system of the student＇s clinical abilities, and improve the creative and clinical diagnosis abilities of the medical talents.
