学生标准化病人在医学生临床技能培训中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨学生标准化病人（SSP）在临床技能培训中的应用效果及可行性，将临床实习生进行分组，培训组26人，对照组20人，应用SSP对培训组进行系统体格检查训练，通过考核及调查问卷，评价SSP的教学效果。培训组系统体格检查及综合素质评分均高于对照组，大部分学生对SSP的应用表示满意。SSP可明显提高医学生的临床能力，部分缓解了临床资源不足的矛盾，是对临床教学的有益补充。To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of students standardized patient （SSP） in the training of clinical skills. The students were divided into the training group（26） and the control group（20）, the training group were provided training with SSP. SSP were evaluated on the basis of examination and the questionnaire survey among the students. Compared with the control group, the students in the training group demonstrated better in clinical skills and overall ability;the majority of the students in training group felt satisfied with SSP. SSP obviously improved the clinical ability of students, and partly relieved the shortage of clinical teaching resources. SSP is a beneficial complement to clinical teaching.
