摘　　要：现代高新技术创新不断增强，装备系统日益复杂，使得技术风险问题更加突出。在深入研究美军装备采办技术风险管理成功经验的基础上，得出了美军做法对我军的重要启示，提出了加强我军装备采办技术风险管理的具体对策建议。The innovation of modern new advanced technology is enhanced. And the equipment systems have become more complex. As a result, the problem of technology risk stands out. With a careful study of the successful experiences of American Military technology risk management in equipment acquisition, this paper presents important revelations beneficial to the Chinese military, and expounds necessary countermeasures of technology risk management in equipment acquisition correspondingly.
