摘　　要：5.12汶川地震灾害造成灾区内大量公路交通设施损毁、多条公路一度断通．公路基础设施产生了灾难性破坏。交通运输部按照国务院总体部署．在行业内迅速开展其他灾后应急救援和恢复重建工作的同时．与四川、甘肃、陕西3省共同抓紧编制完成了《汶川地震灾后公路恢复重建规划》。本文结合规划，从规划区内公路灾损基本情况、制定公路恢复重建工程方案把握的主要原则、采取的主要技术对策等方面进行阐述．供探讨。The Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12 brought huge damages on highway facilities and infrastructures. According to the overall arrangement of the State Council, the Ministry of Transport has been making much effort in the emergency response and rebuilding projects, and at the meantime, it worked with Sichuan, Gansu and Shanxi provinces to compile the Highway Rebuilding Plan after the Wenchuan Earthquake. The article, based on the Planning, talks about the highway damages, the major principles and technical measures of the Plan.
