武汉市黄陂地区农村已婚育龄妇女人工流产原因分析

摘　　要：目的:了解黄陂地区已婚育龄妇女流产原因。方法:采用结构式问卷对2006年8月～2007年10月到黄陂区、乡两级计划生育服务站做终止妊娠手术的农村已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果:被调查者受教育水平以初中为主72.95%,有近50%的妇女认为流产引产对身体没有什么影响(23.41%)或者说不清(21.89%)。流产次数最高可达9次(2人),未采取避孕措施而流产的有1302人次,占46.60%。避孕失败的原因中有30.14%是因使用宫内节育器失败,有25.16%是使用避孕套失败。流产原因中因未计划妊娠有1997人次,占71.81%,政策不允许669人次,占24.06%。结论:应提高妇女的科学文化素质,加强避孕知识的普及和宣传,提高农村妇女的避孕使用率,提高正确选择和使用避孕工具的比率,通过这些措施来降低黄陂地区已婚育龄妇女的流产率。Objective： To investigate the reasons for induced abortion among the married reproductive aged women in Huangpi Area. Methods： Constructed questionnaires were adopted in this study, and the married reproductive aged women suffered induced abortion in the family planning service stations from Aug. 2006 to Oct. 2007 were brought into the questionnaire survey. The induced abortion situations and reasons were analyzed. Results： Among all the women included in this study, most of them （72.95%） only had education levels of middle school, 23.41% of them thought that induced abortions do no harm to health, and 21.89% had no idea of induced abortion. Even the max abortion times of 2 women were 9. and 1,302 women （46.60%） suffered abortions for not using any contraceptive methods. And the reasons for contraception failure were the failure of IUD placement （30.14%） and the failure of condom usage （25.16%）. 1,997 women （71.81%） received abortion for the unexpected gestations, and 669 （24.06%） for violating the policy. Conclusion： More measures should be made to cut down the abortion rates of married reproductive aged women in Huangpi area, such as, improving the education level of women, strengthening the pervasion and propaganda of contraception knowledge, elevating the usage of contraception, and promoting the proportion of correct selection and application of contraceptive instruments.
