摘 要:以1,3-丁二醇、柠檬酸为原料,设计、合成了以1,3-丁二醇为核心的柠檬酸-1,3-丁二醇-柠檬酸(CBC)爪状物小分子;再用酯化反应依次与带有功能化集团的硬酯酸、十六醇接枝合成了多元酯类爪形大分子柠檬酸-1,3-丁二醇-柠檬酸-硬酯酸-十六醇(CBC-SH).采用核磁共振、红外光谱对合成的两种化合物进行了结构表征,表明合成的CBC和CBC-SH与所设计的分子结构相吻合.元素分析确定了CBC和CBC-SH的化学组成依次为C16H22O14和C98H184O15.合成的CBC-SH溶于非极性的有机溶剂,不溶于水.将CBC-SH按600μg/g的加剂量添加到不同的轻柴油中,柴油的冷滤点可降低6℃.Citric acid-beta-butylene glycol-citric acid (CBC) claw molecule was synthesized by beta-butylene glycol and citric acid in toluene,and the reaction occurred in an oil bath at 120℃. The obtained CBC was further reacted with stearic acid at 140℃ and hexadecyl alcohol at 180v in turn to form citric acid-beta-butylene glycol-citric acidstearic acid-hexadecyl alcohol (CBC-SH) claw large molecule. The structures and compositions of CBC and CBC-SH were further confirmed by ^1H-NMR and elemental analysis,respectively. The molecule formula of CBC and CBC-SH were C16H22O14 and C98H184O15, respectively. CBC-SH can be dissolved in nonpolar organic solvent but not in water. CBC-SH was used as low-temperature flow improver of diesel oil. When CBC-SH content in light diesel oil is 600μ g/g, the cold filter plugging point of the light diesel oil can be lowed for 6 ℃.
