黄空柄牛肝菌菌丝体纯培养条件下营养生理特性的初步研究

摘　　要：黄空柄牛肝菌（Ｇｙｒｏｐｏｒｕｓｃｙａｎｅｓｃｅｎｓ）是油松能够在干旱石质山区生长的关键菌根真菌之一。经组织分离与菌丝体的纯培养，其营养生理代谢特性的初步研究结果表明：培养基、Ｃ、Ｎ源、ｐＨ值对菌丝体的生长影响均极为显著，菌丝体在ＭＲＤ培养基上生长势最好，酒石酸氨是其生长的最佳Ｎ源，同时该菌对有机Ｎ源的利用也有较好的效果。Gyroporus cyanescens is a most commom ectomycorrhizal fungus in the Daqing Mountain of Inner Mongolia.It associates with Pinus tabulaeformis and improves the host trees outplanting survival performance and growth,especially in the drought,rocky and infertile soils.The study on mycelial isolation from the carophore of Gyroporus cyanescens and their pure culture characteristics has been carried out in this papper.The experimental results show that medium types,pH,nitrogen and carbon sources effect strongly on the mycelial growth.Glucose and Di ammonium tartrate are the most suitable C、N sources and the organic nitrogen can be also used.The optimum medium is MRD;the optimum pH is 6.
