摘 要:目的观察甲壳低聚糖-硒(COS-Se)对2型糖尿病大鼠的降糖降脂作用及胰岛素含量的影响。方法制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分别给予COS-Se、Se、COS对其进行干预,观察20w,期间检测血糖、总胆固醇及胰岛素的含量。结果COS-Se、Se、COS均能降低模型鼠的血糖,但COS-Se效果显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);COS-Se、COS对降低模型鼠血清总胆固醇水平都具有较好的效果(P<0.05或P<0.01),但两者没有显著差异(P>0.05),而Se未见明显作用;COS-Se、Se、COS对糖尿病模型的高胰岛素血症都有一定改善作用,随着时间的延长,COS-Se的改善作用更明显。结论COS-Se可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖和血脂含量,改善机体胰岛素水平。Purpose To investigate the effect of COS-Se on plasma glucose, lipid levels and insulin levels in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods After the rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by a single injection of low dose streptozotocin after high fatty diet, the animals were divided into control group, COS-Se group, Se group and COS group. Other 10 rats were employed as normal control group. The levels of blood glucose, total cholesterol and insulin in the serum were determined. Results COS-Se group was compared with the Se group and COS group, and blood glucose was decreased remarkably( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). COS-Se and COS could decrease serum total cholesterol in type 2 diabetes rats( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no difference between the COS-Se group and the COS group( P 〉 0.05), and Se was non-effective in total cholesterol, and with the extension of time, COS-Se could improve high insulin level notably, compared with the Se group and COS group. Conclusion COS-Se could decrease serum glucose and total cholesterol levels, and improve insulin level.
