摘　　要：改革开放30年来,图书馆事业发展随着中国现代化进程发生了深刻的变化。"重藏观"作为图书馆曾经的核心价值观,在全面贯彻落实科学发展观的今天,原有的一些理念已不合时宜。通过对"重藏观"两面性的认识和时代梳理,探讨其作用和局限,以求在"物"与"人"之间积极寻找理想的契合点。Since 30 years reform and opening, following the process of china＇s modernization, library cause has been making a profound progress. Collection - oriented idea as ever core value concept of library, nowadays under the situation of fully practicing the theory of scientific development, some of its original viewpoints are outdated. In analyzing double aspects of collection - oriented idea, this paper studies its function and limitation, in order to search for the ideal combining. Point between ＂substance＂ and ＂man＂.
