摘　　要：从开放大学的社会功能定位出发,探讨开放大学数字图书馆资源的合理使用边界的合法界定,通过远程教育的重要手段远程访问技术向开放学员读者提供数字图书馆资源服务实践,实现资源提供方、图书馆、读者的利益平衡。Based on the social function localization of opening university, the article discusses the legitimate limits of reasonable use boundary of opening university digital library source, providing digital library source service for student reader by long - distance access technology, so as to realize the benefit balance among resource supplier, library and reader.
