摘　　要：分析高校图书馆存在的资源浪费现象及造成浪费的原因,提出建设节约型图书馆的措施:积极创建节约文化;充分有效地利用图书馆各种资源,全面提高办馆效益。This paper analyzes the waste＇s phenomenon of resources and the reasons, puts forward the measures of constructing thrift - oriented library： establishing the thrifty culture actively; using various resources in the library effectively, improving benefits comprehensively.
