摘　　要：针对常规注水堵塞器难以达到油田注水井定量注水要求以及阀门、水嘴寿命短的问题,研制开发了一种新型定差式恒流量注水堵塞器。这种恒流量注水堵塞器通过定差减压与可变节流的共同作用,在注水井的进口压力或地层压力发生变化的情况下可以维持注水量恒定,保证了注水层面配水一次到位,缩短了配水周期。这种恒流量注水堵塞器的阀门及水嘴采用抗冲击、耐磨材料制成,具有寿命长、可更换的特点。打捞部分结构及外形尺寸与通用的配水器相同,可直接用于井下偏心分层注水系统,无须改动系统的其他部件。For solving the problem of difficulty of meeting the quantitative water injection demand of water injection well and short life of valve and nozzle for normal water injection plug, a new water injection plug with constant flow which can meet the demand of downhole separate-layer quantitative water injection is developed. Under the co-action of constant difference and pressure relief and varied flow throttling, the new plug can maintain the water injection constant and ensure the water regulation complete in the water injection zone when the inlet pressure or formation pressure changes, thus shortening the water regulation period. The valve and nozzle of the plug are made of anti-shock and anti-wear material with long working life and being replaceable. Its fishing structure and size are the same as those of common water regulator, thus it can be directly used in the downhole decentralized separate-layer water injection system without necessity to change the other parts of the system.
