摘　　要：粤港澳经济一体化需要法制协调。"一国两制"下的经济一体化是粤港澳法制协调的逻辑起点。以此为视角,尊重现实、平等互利、共同发展为原则,强化、完善府际协议制度和磋商沟通机制,循序渐进地构建中国特色的区域统一立法是完善粤港澳法制协调的必由之路。Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao economic integration demands legal coordination which is logically based on One Country, Two Systems. From the above-mentioned perspective, there is still room for improvement in the existing legal coordination mechanism. Taking the principle of respect for reality, equality and mutual benefit, and common development, the only way to achieve Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao legal coordination is to gradually establish a unified regional legislation framework with Chinese characteristics which is accompanied by intensifying the inter-government agreement system and negotiation and communication mechanism.
