摘  要:为克服Fenton试剂处理成本高、二次污染等缺陷,以铁交联膨润土为催化吸附剂、过氧化氢为氧化剂,催化氧化吸附处理糖蜜酒精废水,详细探讨了各因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,铁交联膨润土-H2O2催化氧化吸附法克服了Fenton试剂均相催化的一些缺陷,提高了对糖蜜酒精废水的处理效果,在适宜的处理条件下废水CODCr由13 210 mg.L-1降至2 900 mg.L-1,去除率达到78%。In order to overcome the limitations of Fenton reagent,e, g. high cost,secondary pollution and so on,catalytic oxidation and adsorption process for the molasses alcohol wastewater was investigated by using the Fe-pillared bentonite as catalyst and adsorbent,and H2O2 as oxidant. The important factors such as pH values,bentonite dosage,H2O2 dosage,reaction temperature,and reaction time were studied. The effecting rules of the concerning factors in the catalytic oxidation and adsorption process of wastewater treatment were explained in theory. The experimental results indicated that the disadvantages of Fenton reagent were eliminated by the Fe-pillared bentonite,and the treating effect had been improved effectively. Under the optional conditions,COD reduced from 13 210 mg·L^-1 to 2 900 mg·L^-1,and COD removal rate could be up to 78%.
