舒心祛风汤对冠心病心绞痛患者血sICAM-1、sVCAM-1和MCP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒心祛风汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法将86例患者随机分为治疗1组(29例)、治疗2组(29例)和对照组(28例)。治疗1组予西医常规治疗加舒心祛风汤,治疗2组予西医常规治疗加舒心饮,对照组予西医常规治疗。各组均治疗1个月,观察心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、心电图疗效及治疗后血sICAM-1、sVCAM-1和MCP-1水平的变化情况。结果治疗1组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗1组sICAM-1、sVCAM-1与MCP-1水平均显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且治疗1组sVCAM-1水平低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风舒心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Shuxinqufeng Decoction＂ in treating angina pectoris and disclose its action mechanism. Methods Eighty-six angina patients were randomly divided into three groups： 28 patients in control group received routine western medicine therapy, and 29 patients in treatment group Ⅰ were treated by ＂Shuxinqufeng Decoction＂ combined with the routine therapy, while 29 patients in treatment group Ⅱ were treated by ＂Shuxin Decoction＂ and the routine therapy. Clinical effects of angina, electrocardiogram and TCM syndromes, levels of blood sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and MCP-1 were observed. Results The clinical effects of angina, electrocardiogram, and TCM syndromes in the treatment group Ⅰ were superior to those in the control group （P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01）. The levels of slCAM-1, sVCAM-1 and MCP-1 in the treatment group Ⅰ were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）, and the level of slCAM-1 in the treatment group Ⅰ were lower than that in the treatment group Ⅱ. Conclusion ＂Shuxinqufeng Decoction＂ is effective for angina pectoris possibly by depressing inflammatory response.
