糖络安胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察糖络安胶囊对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法87例DPN患者随机分为3组。治疗组31例予糖络安胶囊0.9g,口服,每日3次;对照组30例予甲钴胺片500μg,口服,每日3次;空白组26例予安慰剂,0.9g,口服,每日3次。3组均治疗3个月。分别于治疗前后观察中医证候积分、神经传导速度、血糖及肝肾功能等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为71.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,空白组总有效率为30.8%,治疗组疗效明显优于空白组(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组相比疗效差异无统计学意义;治疗组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、心电图等安全指标检测无明显变化。结论糖络安胶囊治疗DPN安全有效。To observe the efficacy of ＂Tangluoan Capsule＂ on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods Eighty-seven patients with DPN were randomly divided into three groups： 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with ＂Tangluoan Capsule＂; 0.9 g three times a day; and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin Tablets 500 μg, three times a day; the other 26 cases were in the blank group, and were treated with placebo, 0.9 g three times a day. The course of treatment was 3 months. Syndrome integral, blood sugar, and nerve conduction velocity （NCV） were observed before and after treatment. Results The total response rate in the treatment group, the control group and the blank group were 71.0%, 60.0% and 30.8% respectively. The efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank group （P〈0.01）, and had no obvious difference compared with the control group. The safe indices including liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram had no significant change between before and after treatment. Conclusion ＂Tangluoan Capsule＂ is safe and effective for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
