摘  要:采用4种填料和2种液体模拟高炉下部的流动状态,在填充床内对液体的分布特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,液体分布与液体流量和初始分布无关,其主要取决于填料自分布性能和液体性质。填料的形状系数越小、直径越大,向外偏流的趋势越明显;液体的密度越大、黏度越小,则不容易发生偏流。即使无煤气流的影响,高炉内炉渣也容易向炉墙附近流动。试验范围内液体以溪流形式流动,而不是呈散滴状流动。An experimental investigation into the liquid distribution in the packed bed with four different packings and two different liquids was carried out simulating the flow conditions in the lower zone of a blast furnace. The analysis of the experimental data finds that liquid distribution is independent of liquid flow rate and initial distribution, but mainly depends on packing self-distribution capability and liquid physical properties. If packing is with smaller shape factor and bigger size, liquid may flow outward obviously. Liquid with bigger density and smaller viscosity is not subject to deviant flowing. Even without the influence of gas, slag is likely to flow towards the wall in a blast furnace. Liquid flows in rivulets rather than droplets in the experiment.
