摘  要:在中频感应炉中用镁基脱硫剂对钢液进行脱硫处理。结果表明,镁基脱硫剂有很好的脱硫效果,喂入镁基包芯线对钢液脱硫处理后钢液中的ω[s]从(100~175)×10^-6降至(48~72)×10^-6,最高脱硫率可达59%。脱硫处理后,钢中大颗粒夹杂物明显减少,夹杂物平均粒径下降。Mg—CaO—CaF2包芯线精炼处理后,钢中10μm以下夹杂物占95.8%,其夹杂物的数量比处理前减少25.1%,精炼效果优于Mg-Fe包芯线。Steel desulphurization using magnesium-based desulphurizer was investigated in medium-frequency induction furnace. It is found that excellent desulphurization can be obtained using magnesiumbaseddesulphurizer. The sulfur content of steel decreases from100-175×10^- 6to46-72×10^-6 Garter the desulphurization process by feeding wires of magnesium-based desulphurizer and the highest desulphurization ratio can reach 59%. After the treatment, the amount of big size inclusions is reduced obviously and the average size of inclusions decreases in steel. The ratio of inclusions whose size is less than 10 μm reaches 95.8% and the amount of inclusions decreases by 25.2% after feeding Mg-CaO- CaF2 wires, which has clearly better refining effect than Mg-Fe wires.
