摘  要:利用商业软件PHOENICS建立了三维有限差分模型,计算了板坯连铸结晶器内的流场和温度场,分析在新水口条件下插入深度、水口出口角度对结晶器内流场和温度场的影响,在此基础上提出了合理的浸入式水口结构尺寸和浇铸工艺参数,其结果可为板坯水口结构和工艺参数的优化提供理论依据。A three-dimensional finite difference model is constructed by means of a commercial software PHOENICS. The flow field and temperature field in the mould of a slab continuous caster are calculated, and the influences of the tilt angle of the nozzle port and the immersion depth of the nozzle on flow field and temperature field in the mould are analyzed. On this basis, a reasonable structure and size of the nozzle and appropriate technological parameters are put forward for the continuous caster, which provides a strong foundation for further optimizing the nozzle and casting parameters.
