大泷六线鱼对蛋白质的最适需要量

摘　　要：在室内循环式水族箱中，用酪蛋白和秘鲁鱼粉为蛋白源配制5种半精制饲料（蛋白质质量分数为44．64％-57．69％）饲养大泷六线鱼Hexagrammos otakii 7周，试验鱼每尾平均初始体重为（70．12±1．92）g，水温为（19±0．5）℃。结果表明：蛋白质质量分数为50．94％和53．62％的试验组鱼体增重、特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白质效率等指标均显著高于其它试验组（P〈0．05）；根据特定生长率（Y）和蛋白质效率（F）与饲料蛋白质水平之间的二次曲线回归方程，求得大泷六线鱼饲料中蛋白质最适量分别为51．9％和51．08％；饲料蛋白质水平对鱼体（去内脏）的水分、粗蛋白和粗灰分的含量无显著影响（P〉0．05），而较高水平饲料蛋白会使鱼体脂肪含量明显降低（P〈0．05）。5 semi -purified diets containing graded levels of protein ranging from 44. 64% to 57.69% formulated with casein and fish meal as protein sources were fed to Hexagrammos otakii with initial body weight of （70. 12 ± 1.92） g held in fiberglass tanks with triplication at water temperature of （ 19 ± 0.5 ） for 7 weeks. The results showed that there were significantly higher weight gain, specific growth rate （ SGR）, feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio （PER） in the fish fed the test diets containing 50. 94% and 53.62% crude protein in dry matter （P 〈0. 05） than those in the fish fed the other diets. Based on quadratic model regression analysis of SGR and PER it was found that the optimal protein requirements were 51.9% and 51.08% of dry diet, respectively. There was no significant effect of dietary protein levels on body moisture, protein and ash （P 〉 0. 05）. However the fish had low body lipid （P 〈 0. 05） when they were fed the two diets containing higher levels of dietary protein at the end of the feeding trial .
