摘　　要：目前国内正在进行20kV电网的建设改造,针对20kV电压等级供电设备短缺的情况,研制出额定电流1250A、额定短路开断电流25kA的三相分立敞开式结构的24kV户外高压交流真空断路器,避免了同类产品箱式结构出现的"内部凝露"问题。介绍了ZW32A-24型户外高压交流真空断路器的研发历程。分析和设计了产品整体结构、操动机构、绝缘性能以及微机保护控制装置。该断路器技术参数完全满足并在部分参数上超过了20kV户外柱上真空断路器的技术规范,具有广阔的发展前景。At present domestic 20 kV electric network is being built and renovated. 24 kV outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker aiming at the shortage of 20 kV grade power supply equipment, with 1 250 A rated current and 25 kA rated drop-out current of short-circuit, in three-phase discrete open structure, was manufactured to avoid the ＂internal condensation＂ problem taking place in box type structure of the same product. Introduction was made to the research and development history of ZW32A-24 type outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker. Products＇ integral structure, operating mechanism, insulation property and microcomputer protection control device were analyzed and designed. Technical parameters of the circuit breaker completely meet, even partly exceed the technical regulations of 20 kV outdoor on-post vacuum circuit breaker with broad and wide development prospect.
