摘　　要：介绍了采用GRC复合材料制造非金属箱式变电站箱体的工艺,结构上尽量用螺纹联接,可使箱体组装快捷,缩短制造周期,减小制造质量离散性幅度。GRC材料箱体外形可塑性大,尺寸变化不受限制,在户外骤冷或骤热环境下不产生凝露,可避免产生高低压电气设备闪络,甚至短路事故的发生。Introduction was made to the manufacturing technology of non-metal box for box type substation by adoption of GRC composite material, using screw connection made box assembly fast and easy, shortening manufacturing cycle, reducing manufacture quality discreteness range. GRC material box was easy to shape without limit for dimension change, not condensing when it was suddenly hot or cold, avoidable to generate low ＆ high voltage electrical equipment flashover even short circuit accident.
