摘　　要：农产品加工业的发展状况,标志着一个国家农业现代化的发展水平。阐述了国内外农产品加工业的发展现状,指出了我国农产品加工业与世界发达国家的差距;论述和分析目前我国农产品加工业存在的主要问题,提出今后发展我国农产品加工业的相应对策。The development status of agricultural products processing industry marks the development level of a country＇s agricultural modernization. This paper expounded the development situation of Chinese agricultural products processing industry, pointed out that compared to the developed countries, China still have a great disparity, made the dissertation and analysis on the main problems at present of china＇s agricultural products processing industry, and proposed the related countermeasures for future development.
