摘 要:利用固定床反应器对3种不同来源的污泥进行热解,研究了热解终温对污泥热解半焦产率、热值和比表面积的影响。研究结果表明:随着热解终温的提高,污泥热解半焦的产率逐渐降低;随着半焦中挥发分的减少和灰分含量的增加,半焦的热值降低;半焦的比表面积呈现先增加后降低的趋势,3种污泥在热解终温分别为900,800,700℃时获得的半焦比表面积达到最大值,分别为64.88,44.26,23.75 m2/g。The pyrolysis experiments of three typical municipal sewage sludge samples (S1, S2 and S3) were performed in a fixed bed reactor under N2 atmosphere. The final pyrolysis temperature (FPT) was controlled within the range of 500 ℃ to 900 ℃ at an interval of 100 ℃. The effect of temperature on the char production, char heating value and char specific surface area has been. discussed. The pore structure of char was analyzed using ASAP 2010. The results showed that the production and heating value of chars obtained from pyrolysis of three sludge samples decreased with the increasing of final pyrolysis temperature. However, the specific surface areas of chars from different sludge samples showed different trends. The maximum specific surface areas were obtained at 900 ℃, 800 ℃, and 700 ℃ for S1,S2 and $3, respectively, with the value of 64.88 m^2/g, 44.26 m^2/g, and 23.75 m^2/g.
