摘 要:对北方农村采暖面积为50 m2的住房的热负荷进行了计算,得出住房所需热负荷为12.225 kW,以此作为秸秆燃气采暖锅炉的设计依据,设计并计算出燃烧器以及锅炉本体的结构和尺寸,同时对锅炉的热性能指标进行了测试。通过测试得出秸秆燃气采暖锅炉平均火力强度为15.2 kW,运行热效率为76.1%,锅炉各项性能指标达到了设计要求,超过了设计的预期效果,能够满足农村用户冬季采暖需求,适合农村用户的使用。In this paper, we calculated the value of house heating load in the north countryside which has 50 m^2 heating area, and obtained the value of heating load of the house which is 12.225 kW, and basing on the calculation, we designed the household boiler for heating with the stalk producer gas as fuel, then figured out the burner and the boiler's structure and calculated their sizes, simultaneously we tested the thermal properties indexes of the boiler. Through the testing, we obtained the average firepower intensity of the household boiler, which is 15.2 kW, and the operation thermal efficiency of the heating boiler is 76.1%. We also found that each performance of the design could meet the request of the designing, and the results were better than our forecasting, the boiler is suitable for the rural residents and can have a good performance.
