摘  要:报道了土霉素(Oxytetracycline,OTC)在大菱鲆体内的残留及代谢规律。在水温14~16℃的条件下,用50mg/kg体重的剂量,对大菱鲆口灌土霉素3d,每天两次。用紫外吸收法测定土霉素在大菱鲆体内的残留量。结果表明,土霉素在各组织中最高残留量和消除速率不一。给药后36h,土霉素在各组织中的含量达到最高;然后随着时间的推移急剧下降,第840h时,土霉素在各组织中的残留量已经降到较低水平;40d后,土霉素在各组织中的残留量已低于100ug/kg(国家无公害食品标准NY5070),所以,建议临床休药期为40d以上。The residues and depletion of oxytetracycline(OTC) in turbot Scophthalmus maximus were studied. The fish were treated orally at a dosage of 50 mg/kg, twice per day for three days at water temperature of (15±1) ℃, and the residues of OTC was detected by ultraviolet absorbing instrument. The results showed that the highest residues and the elimination rate were highly different among tissues. The level of residues in tissues reached the maximum at the 36^th hour after treatment,then dropped dramatically with time,and after 840 h reached its lowest points. The levels were lower than 100ug/kg at the 40th day after treatment. It can be concluded that the withdrawl time for OTC is 40d at the same experiment conditions.
