摘　　要：随着企业的大幅扩张,成本控制越来越受到企业的重视。很多企业包括很多上市公司,在销售量大幅增大时,毛利率反而往下滑。电机行业同样也存在增产不增利的问题。通过对成本控制的一些环节及相关因素的分析来考虑如何合理控制电机企业的成本,以达到市场需求,在销售增长的同时又保持高利润的良性循环。With the development of the enterprises, cost control is becoming a more and more attractive topic for the enterprisers. For many companies including the public companies, their gross profit goes down inversely while their sales are increasing in a great deal, and so does the same in the electric machines industry. This paper introduced the key factors and relevant method to control the cost in this industry. Thus, virtuous circles of gaining profit increasing together with expansion of the production to meet with the demand of the market would come at last.
