摘  要:目的探讨丹莪妇康胶囊对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。方法采用XSZ-hs7型微循环显微镜和BI-2000医学图像分析系统观察小鼠耳廓微循环,记录丹莪妇康胶囊灌胃给药后0、5、10、20、30min及腹腔注射(ip)盐酸肾上腺素注射液(l.0mg/kg)后5、10、20和30min小鼠微循环细静脉、细动脉的管径。结果给予丹莪妇康胶囊后,高剂量组(4.0g/kg)小鼠的耳廓微动脉和微静脉管径明显增大,与溶媒对照组比较,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05,0.01)。此外,丹莪妇康胶囊能明显减轻肾上腺素所致的微循环障碍,对微动脉的舒张作用更强,与同时间点的溶媒对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,0.01)。结论丹莪妇康胶囊对正常小鼠和肾上腺素致微循环小鼠耳廓的微动、静脉有一定的舒张作用,提示本品具有改善微循环的作用。Objective To study the influence of Danefukang capsule (DEFK capsule) on auricle microcirculation in mice. Method XSZ-hs7 microcirculation microscope and BI-2000 medical image analysis system were used to observe the auricle microcirculation in mice. The diameters of the vein and arteriole in auricle of mice were recorded at 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes after intragastric administration of DEFK capsule and intraperitoneal injection of adrenaline hydrochloride (l.0 mg/kg), respectively. Result DEFK capsule (4 g/kg) can significantly enlarge the diameter of the vein and arteriole of auricle in normal mice, compared with control group (P 〈 0.05, 0.01). Moreover, DEFK capsule markedly improved microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline hydrochloride in mice auricle, especially in the arteriole. Conclusion DEFK capsule could improve microcirculation in normal mice and adrenaline hydrochloride treated mice.
