摘　　要：环境污染物通过各种途径对男性生殖系统造成损伤,如对生殖器官形态、功能,生殖内分泌以及精液质量和精子功能的影响,最终导致男性生育力下降。环境污染物包括有机和无机污染物,本文就有机环境污染物对男性生殖功能如何发生作用及其主要途径作一综述。并探讨目前环境污染物对人类生殖毒性评价研究中仍存在的问题。The health of male reproduction is closely related with the environmental pollution which may impair male fertility lay various ways, such as the damage to the morphology and function of male reproductive organs, including spermatogenesis, maturation and fertilization. In addition, the pollutants interfere with the endocrine system, semen quality and the function of spermatozoa, all that ultimately reduce the male fertility. Environmental pollutants can be classified into organic and inorganic contaminants. In the present review we will focus on how organic contaminants affect male reproduction and their main pathways. Also, we approach the problems in the evaluation of the environmental pollutants on human reproductive toxicity.
