摘　　要：[目的]研究2006年邢台市食品生产加工业和餐饮业及公共场所服务业从业人员乙肝病毒感染情况,为卫生监督工作提供依据。[方法]通过收集2006年在邢台市疾病预防控制中心进行健康体检的市属食品生产加工业和餐饮业及公共场所服务业的从业人员登记表,并作整理分类统计分析。[结果]进行检测从业人员有7 093人,乙肝感染阳性检出人数为139人,阳性检出率为1.96%。[结论]2006年邢台市从业人员乙肝病毒感染率明显低于普通人群,表明过去对该行业人员进行健康体检和加大监管力度起了较为重要的作用。[ Objective ] To study the infection status of hepatitis B virus in employees serving in restaurants or food industry and public services of Xingtai in 2006 and to provide evidence for public health surveillance. [ Methods ] The employees registration forms were collected and sorted and statistically analyzed, who were serving in restaurants or food industry and public services and had routine physical examination in 2006 at Xingtai Center for Disease Control and Prevention. [ Results ] There were 139 individuals with HbsAg positive among 7093 employees , positive rate was 1.96%. [ Conclusion ] In 2006 the positive rate of HBV in employees of the above mentioned works in Xingtal city was obviously lower than that in common residents. Routine physical examination of the three kinds of employees and strengthening supervision and regulation played a very important role.
